Christian Fincher

Christian Fincher is passionate about expanding access to high-quality STEM and postsecondary opportunities for historically underserved students. With a background in student success coaching, community college partnerships, and education policy research, Chris is committed to supporting students through critical academic and career transitions. He holds a Master’s in Education Policy from Stanford University and a B.A. in English from the University of Chicago. Prior to joining Growth Sector, Chris served as a Financial Aid Coordinator at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and as a College Success Coach at the West End House Boys & Girls Club, where he provided individualized guidance on academic planning, financial aid, and career exploration. As an Internship Program Manager at Growth Sector, Chris oversees national internship operations and works closely with partner employers and institutions to support students along the STEM Core pathway. A New England native, Chris enjoys rock climbing, reading, and keeping up with his yoga practice.
