In late 2020, STEM Core partners Skyline, Ohlone, San Diego Mesa, and Santa Ana College co-hosted a guest speaker panel called: “Explore the World of Software Engineering.” The panel was moderated by two STEM Core students, one from Skyline and the other from Santa Ana College. Speakers included an Engineering manager, IOS Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and Lead Front End Developer. Over 45 participants across the network logged on to participate in this event. Based on the success of collaborative sessions to date, the network continues to encourage cross-network opportunities to broaden participation across campuses
